"When to Release and when to relax!"
The human emotional energy field is a
delicate and sensitive part of our beingness. One day we are
happy, and the next day we are sad. There are many things
that contribute: other people, our job, the situations we
are in, and the events we experience. But also, we have to
understand that everything is energy.
This week, I had many clients call me for help
before the full moon. Does the moon affect us? Yes! As the
moon rises, it creates higher tides in our oceans. Now, if
the full moon is able to rise the tides of the oceans, it
surely affects us too because we are made of 80% water. Even
solar flares from the sun affect us. These are facts proven
by NASA. There are so many elements out there that bombard
our emotional energy field, instead of trying to fight it
or ignore it or even take steps to release dense energies
with the M.E.M. technique, sometimes it's easier on ourselves
if we simply 'allow' the natural energies of mother nature
to flow through and around us. In other words, these feelings
may not always be from an individual, situation or event,
it may simply be the Earth, Moon and the Sun.
If you're feeling unstable,
abnormally irritable, or if you're feeling unusually tired
and it seems that no matter how hard you try, you can't seem
to accomplish anything...check your calendar to see if the
full moon is upon us. Allow yourself to sit back and take
a break! Don't be too hard on yourself. Instead, be kind because
ultimately as you nurture yourself, you become stronger physically,
emotionally, mentally and spiritually!
